What is CIALIS

 • Application areas

시알리스 구입 is a new preparation for the treatment of impotence or erectile dysfunction from the group of so-called phosphodiesterase-5 inhibitors.

CIALIS has several advantages over Viagra:

- the effect starts faster

- the effect lasts up to 24 hours

- It does not have the typical Viagra side effects such as blue haze

• Dosage instructions

Unless otherwise prescribed, adults take 10 or 20 mg of CIALIS before sexual intercourse. The tablets can be taken with or without food. You can take CIALIS at any time between 30 minutes and 12 hours before intercourse - the effects last up to 24 hours after ingestion!

시알리스 must not be used more than once a day. However, it is strongly advised not to take it daily, as the safety of prolonged daily use has not yet been proven.

• side effects

The most common side effects are headaches and indigestion (dyspepsia). Dizziness, flushing and hot skin, back pain, and nasal congestion were also reported less frequently. In rare cases, eyelid swelling, eye pain, and conjunctival bleeding may occur.

• Contraindications

CIALIS must not be used in children and adolescents under 18 years of age. CIALIS must not be taken with the simultaneous use of organic nitrates. CIALIS must not be used by men who have been advised against sexual activity because of their heart disease.

No clinical studies have been carried out to date with the following risk groups with cardiovascular disease. CIALIS must therefore not be used in:

Myocardial infarction within the last 90 days

unstable angina or angina pectoris that occurs during intercourse

Group 2 or greater heart failure by the New York Heart Association within the past 6 months

uncontrolled arrhythmia, low blood pressure (90/50 mmHg and less), or uncontrolled high blood pressure

Stroke within the last 6 months

If you are hypersensitive to tadalafil or one of the carrier substances, CIALIS should also not be used.

CIALIS should not be used in hereditary diseases such as galactose intolerance, Lapp lactase deficiency, or glucose-galactose malabsorption.

CIALIS should only be used with special caution in diseases that increase the risk of priapism (such as sickle cell anemia, multiple myeloma, or leukemia) or in the presence of anatomical deformities of the penis (such as kinking, erectile tissue fibrosis, or Peyronie's disease).

To date, there has been no research into the safety or effectiveness of CIALIS when used with other drugs to treat erectile dysfunction. It is therefore not advisable to use this type of combination therapy.

CIALIS should not be used by women.

If an erection lasts longer than four hours, you should seek medical help immediately.
